The data collected by the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, D.G.M. s.r.l. based in ITALY and at the Web Hosting datacenter. OVH srl web hosting is based in FRANCE and is in charge of data processing, processing data on behalf of the owner, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in compliance with European standards.

Refund times and shipping costs

In this case you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping costs for returning it.

Warranty and Defects

The Products offered on the Site comply with national and community legislation in force in Italy. The Seller issues, pursuant to and for the purposes of Directive 44/99/EC, a legal guarantee on the product in the event that it does not comply with the qualities envisaged in the sales contract. The guarantee allows the Buyer, in the event of defects in the conformity of the product, to obtain, by contacting the Seller directly, within a reasonable time taking into consideration the nature of the goods, repair (if and to the extent possible), replacement of the product, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract. In any case, the use of the goods that does not conform to that established by the Seller/Manufacturer is not covered by the guarantee. Any complaint must be presented by mentioning the proof of purchase. The guarantee is provided by the Seller:
